									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Unfortunately as of yesterday, the sale or manufacture of 80% lowers or unserialized frames is now illegal. The ATF Ruling 2021r-05f was ruled on April 11th 2022, and will be made effective on August 24th, 2022. At some point this might change, but our TOS usage states that if it&#8217;s illegal there, it&#8217;s not allowed here.</p>
