I would like to point out that Norma is beyond fantastic! Norma truly is a customer service pro because she calls me on any of my items that are nearing forfeiture because she knows I don’t want to lose any of them. I highly recommend Norma.

My only complaint is that I wish that EZPawns text reminders worked better as I only get one here and there. So Thank GOD for Norma!
